The small 5 axis mill is an innovative device designed for precision machining of complex parts. It supports 5-axis linkage machining and is suitable for efficient manufacturing of non-planar geometric structures such as molds, housings, cams, microfluidic channels, etc.
Five-axis linkage processing capability: supports X/Y/Z axis linear motion and dual rotation axis linkage to achieve non-planar complex structure processing.
High-precision servo drive system: adopts servo motor control, the spindle speed can reach 10,000 RPM, meeting the needs of high-speed cutting.
Modular expansion design: optional fourth/fifth rotation axis to meet the needs of special workpiece processing.
Intelligent safety protection: equipped with emergency stop button, overload protection and collision warning function to ensure safe operation

5 degrees of freedom are controlled through CNC programming to achieve complex trajectory processing such as curved surfaces and inclined holes.
Dynamic cutting path optimization
CAM software generates efficient tool paths in real time to reduce idle travel and tool wear.
Servo closed-loop feedback
High-precision encoders monitor position errors in real time to ensure processing accuracy ≤ 0.02mm.
Indexing rotary table
B/C axis rotary table realizes multi-angle positioning of workpieces to avoid repeated clamping
