Pocket 5-axis CNC machine are core equipment in the field of high-end precision manufacturing. Through the linkage control of X/Y/Z linear axes and two rotation axes (A/B/C axes), it can realize one-time forming of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped structures.

High precision and efficiency: Adopting five-axis synchronous linkage technology (Royce Routers), the tool can be freely adjusted at multiple angles, reducing repeated clamping of the workpiece, and the processing accuracy can reach ±0.003mm, while shortening the process time by more than 50%;

Complex processing capabilities: Supports non-planar geometric processing such as aerospace impellers, medical implants, and automotive molds, especially good at deep cavities, undercuts and other scenes that are difficult for traditional machine tools to handle;

 

 

Wide material compatibility: Suitable for metals (aluminum/titanium alloys), ceramics, composite materials and other materials, some models can also realize micron-level microfluidic mold manufacturing;
