Working Principles
Five-axis linkage
The servo motor drives the rotating axis (B/C axis) to achieve multi-angle tilting of the workpiece, and cooperates with the linear axis for precise positioning to complete the processing of complex geometric bodies.
Ball screw drive
The high-precision ball screw converts rotary motion into linear motion to ensure micron-level positioning accuracy.
Closed-loop control
The encoder feeds back position data in real time, and dynamically adjusts the motor output in combination with the PLC algorithm to ensure processing consistency.
Material adaptability
The spindle supports a power of more than 500W, and can process aluminum, ABS plastic, wood, etc. with different tools.

1. What is the accuracy of the five-axis linkage?
Repeat positioning accuracy ±0.008mm, support 0.005mm surface polishing, meet the needs of precision parts.
2. Is it compatible with third-party software?
Support G code output by CAM software such as UG and Mastercam, which can be directly imported into the control system.
3. What is the maintenance cost?
Standard maintenance-free bearings and grease lubrication system, it is recommended to replace the guide rail oil every 500 hours, and the average annual maintenance cost is about $200.
