Working Principles
Multi-axis collaborative control
The CNC system precisely controls the movement of the five coordinate axes according to the pre-programmed program, achieving close coordination between the axes and ensuring that the tool cuts accurately along the planned path.
Tool posture adjustment
The tool posture is changed by the A, B (or C) rotation axis, so that it can approach the workpiece from different angles and flexibly process complex contours and internal structures.
Coordinate transformation calculation
The system calculates the relative position of the tool and the workpiece in space in real time, converts the programmed coordinates into actual motion instructions for each axis of the machine tool, and ensures the accuracy of the processing path.
Real-time monitoring and compensation
With the help of sensors, the machine tool motion status is monitored in real time, and errors caused by tool wear, thermal deformation and other factors are dynamically compensated to maintain processing accuracy.
