Small 5 axis CNC mill is specially designed for complex 3D processing needs. Its dual workbench design is extremely sophisticated. When one workbench is working, the operator can load and unload materials on the other workbench, greatly improving work efficiency. Equipped with a new generation of control system, it is powerful and easy to operate, with extremely high processing accuracy.
Submicron precision: high-precision linear guides and closed-loop control systems are used, with positioning accuracy of 0.02mm and repeatability of 0.01mm;
Five-axis linkage processing: supports X/Y/Z/B/C five-axis synchronous control, can handle complex curved surfaces, thin-walled structures and non-planar geometries, and is compatible with more than 20 materials such as metals and plastics;
Intelligent programming system: built-in DXF to G code automatic conversion, tool path simulation and macro variable programming functions, supports multi-language interface and real-time fault alarm;
Compact and energy-saving design: covers an area of only 0.72m³, 2.2kW low-power motor is suitable for small workshops, and 10-inch color touch screen simplifies the operation process.
