Working principle:
Principles of CNC Programming and Milling
Code Generation: Use CAM software to design a 3D model of a part, and generate G codes (such as G01 linear interpolation, G02/G03 circular interpolation) and M codes (such as M03/M04 spindle rotation, M08/M09 coolant control) based on the geometry and processing technology.
Code Transmission: The program is transmitted to the CNC system via USB or Ethernet, and the system interprets and stores the instructions and prepares for processing.
Principles of Mechanical Motion:
Coordinate Axis Control: A 5-axis milling machine includes 3 linear axes (X, Y, Z) and 2 rotary axes (A, B or C) to achieve complex surface processing.
