Working principle:
The Pocket NC 5-axis desktop milling machine achieves high-precision machining of complex parts through coordinated control of five motion axes.
Multi-axis linkage motion:
X, Y, Z linear axes: Move the workpiece in three plane directions to achieve basic plane machining.
A, B rotary axes: Allow the workpiece to rotate to different angles, making it easier for the tool to contact the workpiece from all directions, thereby completing the machining of complex three-dimensional shapes, curved surfaces and grooves.
NC control and program execution:
Use CAD/CAM software (such as Fusion 360) to create machining paths, and convert these paths into executable instructions through the Linux NC control system.
