Working principle
The working principle of Pocket NC is based on five-axis linkage and CNC control:
The coordinated control of the X, Y, Z linear axes and the A, B rotary axes realizes multi-angle cutting of the tool.
The operator generates G code through CAM software to control the machine tool movement.
Stepper motors or servo motors drive each axis to achieve precise positioning and processing.

7.How should I clean 5 axis desktop CNC?
All of the electronics, motors and bearings on the 5 axis desktop CNC are fairly well covered so debris on top of them should not affect functionality. Clean the machine using a vacuum cleaner with an extension and/or soft brush attachment to get it. We do not recommend using compressed air. Compressed air can force chips into some of the electronics causing shorts.
Wipe the machine with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fine debris and dust. Isopropyl alcohol is recommended for removing oil or grease.
8.What materials can this machine process?
Pocket NC supports a wide range of materials, including aluminum, brass, titanium, stainless steel, engineering plastics, etc.
9.What are the advantages of a five-axis machine compared to a traditional three-axis CNC?
