Cross-linking polymerization reaction
After the epoxy resin (component A) and curing agent (component B) are mixed in a certain proportion, the epoxy groups and amine curing agents undergo a ring-opening reaction to form a three-dimensional network polymer structure, giving the material high strength and stability.
Controllable curing mechanism
The curing speed can be controlled by adjusting the temperature. Basic curing is completed in 24-72 hours at room temperature. Medium temperatures (60-150℃) can accelerate the reaction, resulting in more complete molecular cross-linking and superior performance.
Interfacial wetting bonding
The low viscosity allows the adhesive to fully wet the substrate surface, filling micropores. During curing, it forms chemical bonds with the substrate, improving adhesion and sealing effect.
Structural densification principle
During the polymerization reaction, the molecules are tightly arranged, forming a dense structure with low shrinkage (0.1-0.3%), effectively blocking the intrusion of moisture, chemicals, and ultraviolet rays, ensuring the safety of the coated material.

1. What is the mixing ratio and pot life of this product?
The weight and volume mixing ratio is 100:50. The pot life at 23-25℃ is 80-90 minutes. It is recommended to complete the application within this time to avoid the adhesive curing and affecting performance.
2. Does the insulation performance meet the standards when used for electronic component encapsulation?
Fully meets the standards. After curing, the breakdown voltage is >35kV/mm, and the insulation resistance is excellent, meeting the insulation protection requirements of electronic devices such as transformers and LED lights.
3. What is the warranty period for UV aging resistance when used outdoors?
The warranty is 3 years under normal outdoor conditions. During this period, there will be no significant yellowing or cracking. With a surface UV coating, this can be extended to more than 5 years.
4. Are special treatments required before application to different substrates?
Metal substrates require degreasing and rust removal. Plastic substrates are recommended to be lightly sanded. Stone/wood must be ensured to be dry (moisture content <8%). No special treatment is required; it has strong versatility.
5. How to control the stability during transportation and storage when purchasing in bulk?
Components A and B should be sealed separately and stored in a dry environment at 5-30℃, avoiding direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months. Avoid severe impacts during transportation; cold chain transportation is not required.
6. Can surface defects be repaired after curing?
Minor scratches can be smoothed with fine sandpaper and a thin layer of adhesive reapplied. Severe defects require removal of the cured layer and reapplication. For the first application, it is recommended to control the coating thickness to 0.5-2mm to ensure smoothness.
