Comprehensive & Stable Performance: Post-curing, it delivers high shear strength and Tg, with resistance to acids, alkalis, UV aging, water, and moisture. Its low curing shrinkage ensures dimensional stability of precision parts, and it bonds most substratesexcept a few like PTFE.

Flexible Process Adaptability: It supports curing at 60–160°C and has a viscosity range of 12–880Pa·s. Adding thermal conductive/flame-retardant fillers enables customization of models with high thermal conductivity and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy.

2. How should I choose a model with different curing temperatures?

3. Does the ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent need to be strictly controlled?
