1. What is the maximum thickness that can be poured in one thick layer? Do I need to layer it?

Deep-layer pouring types can pour up to 5.08cm in a single layer without layering. Standard types recommend 8-10mm per layer, with intervals of 8-24 hours to prevent overheating and cracking.
 

2. Can it be mixed with alcohol ink or metal powder for color adjustment? Will this affect the curing effect?

It can be mixed and is compatible with most creative auxiliary materials. The recommended addition amount should not exceed 5% of the total resin. Excessive addition may prolong the curing time but will not affect the final strength.
 

3. I want to sand and polish after curing. Which type should I choose? Can standard types be sanded?

High-transparency types are preferred, as they achieve a higher gloss after sanding. Standard types can also be sanded, but they require gradual refinement with 400-grit sandpaper or higher.

 

4. For electronic packaging, are there specific insulation performance parameters? Does it meet industry standards?
General electrical type: Volume resistivity > 10¹²Ω·m, breakdown strength > 15kV/mm, meeting industrial electrical insulation standards and safe for coil and circuit board packaging.

 

5. How long can the unopened product be stored? Are there any special storage requirements?

Unopened: Shelf life 6-9 months. Store sealed in a cool, dark place at 10-25°C, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent premature curing.
