work principle

Plasticization principle

Plastic particles are fed into the heated barrel, and the plastic is heated by the heating device outside the barrel, so that it gradually melts and plasticizes, and becomes a viscous flow state with good fluidity.

Injection principle

The plasticized plastic melt is pushed forward by the rotation and forward and backward movement of the screw, generating sufficient pressure so that the plastic melt is quickly injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle.

Pressure holding principle

After the plastic melt fills the mold cavity, a certain pressure is continuously applied to compensate for the volume change caused by the cooling and shrinkage of the plastic, ensuring that the product is full and dense, and avoiding defects such as shrinkage marks.

Cooling demolding principle

The cooling system in the mold cools the injected plastic melt to solidify it. After molding, the product is pushed out of the mold by the ejector device to complete the entire injection molding process.
