Plastic plasticization
Plastic particles enter the heating barrel through the hopper, and the heating element outside the barrel heats them. At the same time, the screw rotates to push the plastic particles forward and stir them, so that they gradually melt and plasticize to form a plastic melt with good fluidity.
High-pressure injection
The plasticized plastic melt is injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle at high pressure under the strong thrust of the screw, so that the melt quickly fills the cavity to ensure the complete molding of the product.
Pressure holding and shaping
After the melt fills the cavity, a certain pressure is continuously applied to supplement the volume reduced by the cooling and shrinkage of the plastic, to ensure the shape integrity and dimensional accuracy of the plastic product, and to prevent defects such as shrinkage holes and depressions.
Cooling and demolding
Circulating cooling water is introduced into the cooling water channel in the mold to cool the plastic melt in the cavity so that it can be quickly solidified and formed. After molding, the ejector ejects the product from the mold under mechanical or hydraulic action to complete the injection molding process.
