Raw Material Melting and Plasticization

A 220V power supply drives the heating system (0-400°C) to heat the barrel, while the screw rotates to push the raw material. The high temperature and shear force melt the raw material into a uniform melt, preparing it for injection molding.

 
 

Toggle Lever Clamping

After the clamping process is initiated, the toggle lever mechanism amplifies the force using the lever principle, applying a 12T clamping force to close the mold, preventing material leakage during injection and ensuring part accuracy.

 
 

High-Pressure Injection Filling

A servo motor drives the injection molding system to generate high pressure, injecting the molten raw material into the mold cavity at high speed. Precisely controlling pressure and speed ensures that the melt fills the cavity details.

 
 

Cooling, Forming, and Demolding

The melt cools and solidifies within the mold. The machine then opens the mold with an 85mm stroke to remove the finalized part, completing one injection cycle and allowing for the next production run to begin quickly.

The maximum part weight per mold is approximately 30g. It is suitable for producing small plastic parts such as toy accessories, medical auxiliary parts , automotive micro clips, and small components for everyday items. It can also be used for laboratory sample production or university demonstrations.
 

2. Does it require professional injection molding experience to operate? How long does it take for a novice to become proficient?

No professional experience is required. The machine is equipped with an LCD touch screen and a PLC human-machine interface. Parameter settings  are intuitive and easy to understand, and the operating status can be monitored in real time. New users can master the machine startup, material changes, and simple demolding operations within 1-2 hours, following the manual or a 10-15 minute basic training. Once proficient, they can independently complete the entire injection molding process.
 

3. Besides common PP and PE plastics, can it process other specialized materials, such as PLA or PA (nylon)?

Yes. The machine is compatible with a variety of engineering plastics and general-purpose plastics, including PLA (biodegradable plastic), PA (nylon), and ABS. Simply adjust the barrel temperature (adjustable from 0-400°C) based on the material's characteristics. No special pretreatment of the material is required before processing; granular raw materials can be directly poured into the feed port and used.
 

4. Does the machine's clamping method significantly affect molding quality? Does it offer advantages over other smaller machines?

It does, and the machine has significant advantages in clamping. Its toggle-lever clamping mechanism can exert a stable clamping force of 12T.
