FAQ
1. What is the maximum production capacity of this machine per day, and can it run continuously for a long time?
Under standard working conditions, the daily production capacity can reach about 2,880 pieces. It supports 24-hour continuous operation; the built-in overheating protection system will automatically adjust the temperature when the motor or heating barrel is overloaded, and regular 1-hour maintenance intervals every 8 hours can ensure stable long-term operation.
2. If we need to switch between different types of plastic materials, how long does the material change process take, and is there a risk of material mixing?
The material change process takes about 20-30 minutes. First, clean the remaining material in the heating barrel with cleaning agent or the next type of material , then add the new material and preheat to the corresponding temperature. The barrel is designed with a smooth inner wall and a dedicated cleaning section, which can minimize material residue and effectively avoid mixing risks; for high-purity material requirements, a professional barrel cleaning kit can be provided.
3. Does the machine come with a mold, or do we need to purchase molds separately? What are the requirements for mold customization?
The machine is sold without a mold, and customers need to customize molds according to their product designs. The mold must meet the following requirements: the maximum mold thickness is ≤150mm, the minimum mold thickness is ≥50mm, and the tie bar spacing is ≤200mm. We can provide a detailed mold design specification document to help customers cooperate with mold manufacturers for accurate customization, and also offer mold compatibility testing services before delivery.
4. What is the power consumption of the machine during operation, and how much does it cost to run per hour ?
