The new Massivit 5000 is based on the company's unique patented Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology, which is used to produce large parts quickly and economically, so that the production of large parts can be completed in hours instead of weeks.

A new printing material, DIMENGEL 110, can now be used with Massivit 5000 to facilitate high-definition printing and make CAD designs more realistic. Two new resolutions can be optimized for printing according to layer thickness and speed requirements. Massivit 5000 provides a dual-material system that allows the operator to simultaneously use different materials for printing on each print head. The new software automation function also enables the operator to improve the efficiency of the work process and realize easy monitoring and operation.

This latest member of the Massivit 3D large 3D printer portfolio is conducive to complex large parts, with a maximum size of 145 cm × 111 cm × 180 cm (57 inches × 44 inches × 70 inches), which solidifies immediately during the printing process to make ready-made The parts leave the printer directly, no post-processing is required, and almost no support structure is needed. Erez Zimerman, CEO of Massivit 3D, said: "We are very pleased to introduce this new additive manufacturing system to the market, which will enable manufacturers to overcome existing limitations in terms of production speed, size and complexity. This is our transformation. An important milestone on the roadmap for large-scale component manufacturing in multiple industries".
