Clean combustion: XSR20 resin is completely clean during the combustion process, with no ash or residue. This feature not only improves the efficiency of the casting process, but also ensures the high precision and cleanliness of the final workpiece, providing more reliable results for dental restorations, and is an ideal choice for precision casting.

Low shrinkage: The resin is designed with an advanced low shrinkage formula to greatly reduce the risk of dimensional deviation and deformation caused by shrinkage during the casting process. Its excellent dimensional stability can accurately meet the strict requirements of complex dental workpieces and ensure the restoration effect.

Smooth surface: After the casting is formed, the surface is smooth and delicate, without too much subsequent treatment, which greatly reduces the grinding time and process. This high-quality surface treatment effect meets the high requirements of the dental profession for detail refinement and perfection.

Low odor, non-toxic: The environmentally friendly and non-toxic formula ensures friendliness to the human body and the environment during use. The low odor design greatly improves the working comfort of the dental laboratory and provides users with a safer and more pleasant operating experience.

Precautions

Shake well before use. Ensure thorough mixing to maintain uniformity. Avoid using the resin in areas with direct sunlight exposure to prevent premature curing due to ultraviolet rays.

Do not ingest, keep out of reach of children. Always wear gloves during use to avoid direct skin contact, and make sure the area is well-ventilated indoors to minimize exposure risks.

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental exposure, rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention if discomfort persists.

Clean printed resin models using high-concentration alcohol (above 95% is recommended, the higher the concentration, the better) for about 30 seconds.

Do not return used resin to the unused supply or leave it in the tray for extended periods without use.

For long-term storage, place the resin in a sealed container with a plastic wrap to protect it from contamination and maintain its printing quality.

Storage Method:

Store in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Exposure to sunlight can cause the photosensitive resin to cure prematurely due to its ultraviolet rays. It is important to avoid UV light under regular lighting conditions to maintain the resin's integrity during storage.

Recommended storage temperature is between 15°C to 35°C. Lower temperatures can increase resin viscosity, making it more challenging to use. Conversely, higher temperatures are not advisable as they may degrade the resin quality.

Keep the container sealed to prevent excessive dust or moisture from contaminating the resin, which could negatively affect print quality. Proper sealing ensures the resin remains usable over time, maintaining its optimal performance characteristics.

FAQ

1. What should I do before using Dental Resin XSR20?
Before using Dental Resin XSR20, shake the bottle well to ensure the resin is properly mixed. It's also important to avoid using the resin in areas with direct sunlight to prevent premature curing due to UV exposure.

2. Can Dental Resin XSR20 be ingested?
No, Dental Resin XSR20 is not for ingestion. It is recommended to keep it out of reach of children and to avoid direct contact with skin. Always wear gloves when handling the resin to prevent accidental ingestion or skin irritation.

3. What should I do if Dental Resin XSR20 comes into contact with my skin or eyes?
If Dental Resin XSR20 comes into contact with your skin, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice if discomfort persists.

4. How should I clean a printed model using Dental Resin XSR20?
After printing, clean the model with high-concentration alcohol (above 95%) for about 30 seconds. This helps remove uncured resin and prepares the model for further processing.

5. Can used resin be returned to the unused supply?
No, it is not recommended to return used resin to the unused supply. Doing so can contaminate the unused resin and affect the printing quality of future models.

6. How should I store Dental Resin XSR20 when not in use?
For long-term storage, seal the resin container and protect it from light by covering it with plastic wrap to prevent contamination. Store it in a cool, dark place at a consistent temperature between 15°C to 35°C to maintain its viscosity and printing quality.
