work principle

 

Precision mechanical architecture: The basic structure is composed of X, Y, Z linear axes and A, C rotary axes, equipped with high-precision lead screws and guide rails to ensure smooth operation and accurate positioning.

Axis motion division: X, Y, Z linear axes realize linear displacement of tools and workpieces, which are used for basic processing position adjustment; A axis rotates around X axis and C axis rotates around Z axis, giving tools the ability to adjust multi-angle processing postures.


CNC instruction reception: The CNC system receives the program generated by CAD/CAM software and converts the three-dimensional model data into detailed instructions such as the movement direction, speed, and displacement of each axis.


Drive processing execution: The CNC system controls the motor through the servo driver, and the power is transmitted through the lead screw and guide rail to drive each axis to move according to the instruction, so that the tool can cut along the preset path and complete complex and fine processing.

1. What are the machining accuracy and repeatability of the equipment? Is it suitable for high-precision parts manufacturing?
The repeatability of the equipment is ±0.02mm, the spindle taper runout accuracy is ≤2μm, and the harmonic reducer is used to ensure the high stability of the rotating axis. It is suitable for processing small precision parts, such as jewelry, models, medical parts, etc., but it is recommended to choose a higher-end model for ultra-micron industrial precision requirements (such as aerospace parts).
 

2. Does it support mainstream CAM software (such as Mastercam, Fusion 360) to generate five-axis linkage code?
Yes, the CNC system of the equipment is consistent with industrial-grade machine tools, supports five-axis programming of software such as Mastercam and Fusion 360, and can automatically adjust the tool axis angle to avoid collision.
