Plasticizing and melting:

Plastic particles are accurately transported to the heating barrel through the feeding system. The high-precision heating component in the barrel accurately controls the temperature to above the melting point of the plastic according to the characteristics of the plastic, so that the plastic quickly melts and is converted into a viscous fluid with good fluidity, laying the foundation for the injection molding process.

Metered injection

The servo motor drives the screw to rotate and advance linearly at high speed. The screw produces a strong shearing and conveying effect on the molten plastic during the rotation process. According to the preset injection volume, a certain amount of melt is injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle at high pressure and high speed to ensure that the cavity is evenly filled in a very short time.

Pressure holding and shrinkage compensation

After the cavity is filled, the screw continues to apply pressure holding pressure to compensate for the volume shrinkage of the plastic during the cooling process, maintain the internal pressure of the cavity stable, ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the plastic product, and prevent defects such as shrinkage marks and bubbles.

Cooling and demolding

The mold has a built-in efficient cooling pipeline, and the circulating coolant quickly takes away the heat of the mold, so that the plastic melt in the cavity is quickly cooled and solidified. When the product reaches the demolding strength, the mold is opened, and the ejection mechanism pushes the molded product smoothly to complete an injection molding cycle.
