Four Core Working Principles

 

Raw Material Plasticization Principle:
Plastic granules in the hopper enter the heated barrel, where they are extruded by the rotating screw and heated against the outer wall of the barrel, gradually melting into a uniform, viscous flow plastic.

 

High-Pressure Injection Principle:
The hydraulic system drives the screw forward rapidly, injecting the molten plastic at the front of the barrel into the closed mold cavity under high pressure and high speed.

 

Pressure Holding and Shrinkage Compensation Principle:
After injection, the screw maintains a certain pressure, replenishing the cavity with melt that is insufficient due to the cooling and shrinkage of the plastic, ensuring a full product.

 

Cooling and Demolding Principle:

Cooling water is circulated through the cooling system within the mold, rapidly cooling and solidifying the molten plastic in the cavity. The mold then separates, and the ejector mechanism ejects the finished product.

1. What plastic raw materials is the equipment compatible with?

It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA, PVC, PS, etc. For special raw materials (such as glass fiber reinforced materials), the screw and barrel can be customized.


2. How to select the equipment model based on product requirements?

Mainly based on product weight, number of cavities, and injection pressure. The commonly used selection parameter is "injection volume (g)". Product drawings can be provided for precise recommendations by our technical staff.
 

3. What services are included after equipment delivery?

Includes on-site installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance training, 1-year warranty on the entire machine (excluding consumable parts), lifetime technical support and spare parts supply.

 

4. How is the equipment's production efficiency calculated?

Production efficiency = 60 ÷ single mold cycle time (seconds) × number of cavities. The single mold cycle time depends on the size and thickness of the product; for typical small parts, the cycle time can be as low as 10-20 seconds.
