Working principle of SMD LED diode
Semiconductor luminescence
When current passes through the P-N junction, electrons and holes recombine to release energy and convert into visible light of a specific wavelength. The wavelength determines the color of the luminescence (such as 460nm for blue light and 620nm for red light).
